No. It can operate as a specialist pallet and reusable-asset layer while you keep your ERP, WMS, TMS and finance systems.
02Does it manage physical depot stock?+
Yes. Customer pallet balances and physical depot inventory are deliberately separate, with event-level traceability.
03Can customers access their own data?+
Yes. Client Portal isolates each customer and exposes only authorized balances, jobs, documents and recovery cases.
04Does it manage charges and margin?+
Yes. Customer/pallet commercial terms feed operational revenue and management control for cost and margin.
05Is it an invoicing system?+
No. It calculates and controls operational economics, but does not replace statutory accounting or fiscal invoicing.
06What counts as an active client for billing?+
Billing counts active customer-side counterparties managed in the platform. Suppliers and carriers do not increase the subscription fee, and archived clients are excluded.
07How many Client Portal users can each client have?+
The plan includes up to 3 portal users per client. Pending portal invitations occupy a slot while they remain valid.
08Can we import existing operational data?+
Yes. The platform includes import workflows to speed up onboarding; file structure and data quality should still be validated before operational loading.
09Which roles are available for internal users?+
Internal access can be organized across administrative, operational and read-only roles. The base plan includes 3 internal users in total.
10How are ERP, WMS or TMS integrations handled?+
Lytheron Pallet can sit alongside existing systems rather than replace them. Integrations are assessed against the real workflow, available APIs and operational files.
