Terms of Service

The business terms governing access to and use of Lytheron Pallet.

Última actualización: 24 September 2026

La versión inglesa es la versión contractual de referencia.

1. Provider and scope

Lytheron Pallet is provided by Lytheron OÜ, registry code 17311276, VAT EE102894091, registered at Tuukri tn 19-202, Kesklinna linnaosa, 10120 Tallinn, Estonia.

These Terms apply to business and professional use of Lytheron Pallet. They do not exclude mandatory rights that cannot legally be waived.

2. Accounts and authorised users

  • Customers are responsible for the accuracy of account information and for safeguarding credentials.
  • Access must be limited to authorised users and may not be shared in a way that bypasses plan limits or security controls.
  • Customer administrators are responsible for assigning roles, removing access when no longer required and managing Client Portal users.

3. Service use

Lytheron Pallet provides tools for pallet control, reconciliation, recovery, depot operations, documents, Client Portal access and operational economics.

The service does not replace statutory accounting, tax invoicing, legal advice, transport-law advice or the customer's own compliance obligations.

4. Acceptable use

  • Do not use the service unlawfully, fraudulently or to infringe third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass authentication, tenant isolation, rate limits or security controls.
  • Do not upload malicious code or content that you are not authorised to process.
  • Do not reverse engineer or interfere with the service except where mandatory law expressly permits it.

5. Customer data

Customers retain ownership and control of the data they submit. They grant Lytheron the limited rights necessary to host, process, back up, secure and make that data available through the service.

Customers are responsible for the legality, accuracy and permissions associated with their data and for instructions given to Lytheron.

6. Fees and plan limits

Where a paid subscription is activated, the applicable fees, included limits and taxes are those shown on the Pricing page, order confirmation or written commercial agreement in effect when the subscription is accepted.

Plan limits may include internal users, active clients and Client Portal users. Archived clients are not treated as active clients for the current published pricing model.

A payment processor is not currently connected to the live service. Any future payment provider will be disclosed before payment processing is activated.

7. Availability, changes and support

We aim to operate the service reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability unless a separate service level agreement says otherwise.

We may make reasonable changes required for security, legal compliance, maintenance or product improvement. Material adverse changes to paid service terms will be communicated where required.

8. Confidentiality and security

Each party must protect confidential information received from the other with reasonable care and use it only for the agreed purpose.

Security practices are described on the Security page and data-processing obligations are described in the DPA.

9. Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended for material breach, security risk, unlawful use, non-payment where applicable, or where required by law.

Either party may terminate according to the applicable order, subscription arrangement or written agreement. After termination, customer access ends and data is handled according to the Privacy Policy, DPA and applicable legal requirements.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss, loss of profit or loss of business opportunity arising from the service.

Any aggregate liability cap, exclusions or service credits agreed in a signed order or commercial agreement take precedence over this general provision. Liability that cannot legally be limited remains unaffected.

11. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory law requires otherwise. Disputes not resolved amicably are subject to the competent courts in Estonia unless a binding written agreement provides another forum.

Legal notices should be sent to legal@lytheron.com.
